The Genghis Con crew gears up for FanExpo in Toronto

As the summer winds down (sorry), that can only mean one thing in Toronto: the time of Fan Expo, the biggest comic book convention in the country, running from August 25th to 28th, is upon us.

And for the first time in history… [cue dramatic music] we’ll be there with a table in Artist Alley—Booth A466 to be exact—selling Genghis Con, plus others from the combined library of me, Daniel Reynolds, and Oliver Ho. That includes titles like Point Man and Seven Strange Stories, along with various anthologies, and more.

What’s the “more,” you ask? For starters, we’ll be there to sign books—that should go without saying, but it’s not not a value-add (in my humble opinion). Second, we’ll have free Genghis Con postcards to hand out to all who want one. And third, Oliver has confirmed he’ll be offering something special: …[cue mysterious music]… tarot card readings! (Comic book-themed, of course, as befits our setting). How will that work? You’ll just have to come by our booth to find out.

On that note, and to help with the general geography, here’s a handy map of the situation. We’ll be in the South Hall of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, positioned deep within Artist Alley to the west, right… here:

Just look for our big Genghis Con poster and we’ll be there. Looking forward to seeing you all!
